Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use VideoAskable to:

• infringe or violate third-party rights;
• process links, content, or other materials without authorization or a lawful basis;
• violate YouTube or other platform terms;
• scrape, crawl, bypass access controls, defeat DRM, or circumvent technical restrictions unlawfully;
• create or distribute illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, defamatory, violent, or deceptive content;
• generate or assist non-consensual intimate content or child sexual abuse material;
• misuse a person's face, voice, likeness, identity, or biometric data;
• identify, expose, collect, or infer private personal information for harassment, stalking, intimidation, doxxing, discrimination, or other harm;
• impersonate people, fabricate endorsements, or create misleading evidence;
• upload malware, spam, phishing, or harmful code;
• attack, overload, reverse engineer, scan, or interfere with the Service;
• evade quotas, credits, rate limits, payment controls, or security controls;
• resell, sublicense, or provide access in a way not allowed by your plan;
• use the Service to build competing datasets, models, or services in breach of the Terms;
• process regulated health, financial, child, or government data unless your plan and our written agreement allow it;
• use Outputs as legal, medical, financial, safety, or professional advice without qualified review;
• use the Service or Outputs to make or substantially determine high-impact decisions about another person.

We may investigate, remove content, restrict access, report unlawful activity, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, cancel credits, or terminate accounts for violations. Measures are applied in light of the circumstances and applicable law.
