Copyright and IP Takedown Policy

The Service does not provide public user posting or public sharing at launch. A complaint should identify the specific Service processing, account activity, or Output at issue so that we can locate and assess it.

Send notices to contact@manicnovasoftware.com and include:

1. your name, organization, address, email, and phone;
2. the copyrighted work, trademark, likeness, or other right at issue;
3. the location in the Service, such as a URL, account, timestamp, Output, or other identifier;
4. a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, agent, or law;
5. a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove, disable, restrict, preserve, or investigate material, contact the affected user, and reject incomplete or abusive notices.

We may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly submit infringing content or abuse the Service.

If we restrict processing or an account because of a complaint, we may give the affected user notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond unless doing so would violate law, compromise an investigation, expose someone to harm, or create a security risk.

Any counter-notice procedure required by law will be provided with that notice. We do not claim registration under a specific statutory safe-harbor scheme unless that registration has been completed.

We process complaint and response information under the Privacy Policy and may retain it for up to three years after closure, or longer where reasonably needed for a legal claim or obligation.
